Your Work at XXX


  • Be the field marketing lead for LATAM (South America, Central America, Spain, and Portugal)
  • Implement field marketing strategies that create more inbound pipeline and revenue
  • Collaborate with other Marketing teams such as Demand Generation and Product Marketing and with Sales to develop a cohesive regional marketing strategy
  • Develop and implement a detailed events, executive roundtable, and webinar strategy and track adherence to budget, timeline, and scope
  • Create integrated field campaigns that drive pipeline and awareness
  • Partner closely with Sales to improve the opportunity to closed won rate
  • Work with partners to kickoff partner marketing efforts in the region
  • Collaborate with appropriate staff on all website-related content and collateral needs for field activities
  • Propose new ideas to improve processes
  • Repurpose existing content for use in new ways

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working in field marketing or other relevant marketing functions for a software company

Who we are looking:


The ideal candidate will be a proactive person with strong sales & negotiation skills, Fluency in Spanish and English language, has solid sales experience in IT.


The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for Sales and Business Development in the Latin America market, developing and executing the Go-To-Market strategy, generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving sales quotas. This individual will also actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects.


Goal: to acquire new customers in Latin America and grow their MRR and LTV


Duties:

  • Handle inbound leads: reach out to prospects that are generated by internal/external sources to convert into sales.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to new and existing clients via telephone and email.

Business Development Representative (Lead Generation)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring support for the first sales cycle by finding the right contact person in a company;
  • Initiating telephone and email contact with potential prospects from developed web and lead generation lists; cold calling;
  • Scheduling meetings / conference calls with foreign potential clients;
